Strings

For all who know my music collection, I am a sucker for strings. Whether it be classical, contemporary or a backing track to a rock song, they melt my heart. My favourite is perhaps the Vitamin String Quartet. They are an alternative group that play songs from pop culture but with a difference. They play it on *drum roll* THE STRINGS!!!!!!!!

Look them up on Itunes or youtube and search for your favourite song. My personal favourite is Breaking the habit by linkin park. It is really strange but it makes it so good.

Also if you want a screamo like song with strings look up Skillet 'Rebirthing'

My life and the people in it

Here is a deep one.....

I have been thinking about life in general lately and the people in my life and i am finding it increasingly difficult to model myself on someone. Everyone should have a role model of some form to base their life upon and mine has been my brothers. Some may say this is a bad choice as he is my brother and a different person but his life is pretty good. A few weeks back I was told the statement "You need to be your own person" and I pondered it. This quote changed my thinking from how can I be like my big bro to what am I supposed to be. This has happened to others and the results of these thinkings can be widely varied. I think i just need to continue being me and thinking about what makes me me.

Sorry

Sorry that I HAven't Blogged in a while. I kinda gave up on it but now i am going to try to blog more.
So todays topic is sleep. People have divided themselves into people who are morning people and those who are night people. I myself am a morning person. I struggle to stay up past 1 or 2 but i can easily wake up at any hour of the morning and be as bright as ever. One downside to morning people is that they cannot sleep in, ever. I have been asked to sleep in by my parents but i always wake up at about 7.30 and become unable to sleep past then. So if there are readers, tell me in the comments if you are a morning person or a night person.

Also, if you want an idea of how to become the opposite kind of person, here is an article I found.

Hope to write more and hope people read more.

Sport is one of the things I try to immerse myself into fully but with work, I find less time to get out and play. On friday, i spent a few hours playing dodgeball and DDR and now, everything is becoming harder to do. I am quite fit but slowly losing fitness. So my goal is to get out and exercise in some way or another. Wish Me Luck

Hoidays

I find that being on holidays is a double edged sword. It provides you with freedom and relaxation but also boredness and bickering with siblings. I lose the urge to be on holidays after the first week as I find it utterly boring but i still find ways to entertain myself. Blogging is one outlet I am trying. The others include varoius video games. Wish me luck!

Work

Work is a wonderful thing. It gives you money to buy things...but it can seem a little boring and straining. I work at Lenards Kingsway and i work 15 1/2 hrs a week. On saturdays, your body seems to shut down after about 2ish. The only thing to keep me going is good ol' Orange 'C'. It is 25% Orange juice and about 50% sugar. I find it is cheap and has about the same amount of energy as V or Red Bull. I go through about 6-8 a week and though it may be unhealthy, it is healthier than energy drinks. People at work call me the OC man and i find its better than being called the coffee man or the coke man.

I need ideas for blogging though
